Snit Habteab is representing Eritrea at the 75th Miss World Festival, currently underway in Vietnam from August 9 to September 5, 2026. Her participation marks Eritrea’s first appearance in the competition and makes the country the 185th nation to join Miss World. Born and raised in Asmara, Habteab studied neuroscience at George Mason University and worked as a Montessori preschool teacher. Beyond the pageant, she is using the international stage to promote disability inclusion through her Designing for Diversity initiative, which supports children with special needs and their families.
